- Intro to Scholarly Publishing: Targeting the “right” journal for submission; overview of the editorial process (Submission to Acceptance/Rejection); responding to reviewer comments; publishing ethics; promoting your research
- Trends in Open Scholarship: Value of publishing open access; avoiding predatory publishers; publishing preprints; trends in peer review; transparency in metrics.
- Publishing Your Data: Funder mandates; open data and Research Data Management; licensing research data for re-use; analytics
